Can I customise my referral link
If you would like to change your affiliate link to include your own branding simply log in to My Account, visit the the affiliate section of your profile area, then update the affiliate identifier that you were randomly assigned.
How much commission will I earn
We pay 10% commission for all confirmed orders. A confirmed order is one where payment has been successfully taken and the customer has not returned this order as per our refund policy.
When is commission paid
Commission is paid once a month, payouts are only paid once a minimum payout balance of £25 has been reached. Don’t worry if your commission does not reach £25 your balance is saved and a payout will be made on the next payment run as soon as you reach a balance of £25.
How can I see my balance
Login to My Account then visit the affiliates section to see your commission balance as well as a wealth of other information including website visits made via your link and any returns customers have made after making a purchase from your link.
How will I receive my commission
When you have reached the minimum £25 balance for payment to be made we’ll email you and ask for the account details you would like your commission paid into.
Once this is confirmed you’ll receive your commission in the next payment run, within one calendar month of the balance being reached and banking details being confirmed with you.
